I map your operations and find the exact processes where your people are doing machine work. Not a 100-page report — a short list of what to fix first and why.

What you get

Priority list of 3–5 automation targets with estimated ROI for each. If I don't see clear ROI — I tell you upfront.

Design — build the solution, not a PowerPoint

3–7 days · Fixed fee

I design the actual system: which AI tools, how they connect to your existing stack, what gets automated and how. You see the architecture before a single line of code is written.

What you get

Technical spec + integration plan + exact timeline. You can build it with your team or together with me.

Deploy — working in your business, not in a sandbox

1–3 weeks · Agreed upfront

Implementation in 1-week sprints. You see results at the end of each sprint — not at the end of the project. Human and AI work side by side until the team is confident.

What you get

Production-ready system + documentation + training so your team owns it after I leave.

Hand off — or stay as your AI advisor

Your choice · Retainer or exit

After deployment you have two options: take the roadmap and run it with your team, or keep me as an advisor for optimization and expansion. Either works.

What you get

Full ownership of everything built. No lock-in.

The goal is to make yourself independent from me — not dependent.

What I won't do

  • Sell a project where I don't see ROI within 90 days
  • Build something your team can't maintain after I leave
  • Take on a fourth project while three are running
  • Give you a 200-page strategy deck instead of working software
